Fidelis acquired over 42 acres of land in Alvin, Texas, at the southeast corner of the future Grand Parkway (currently the Highway 35 Bypass) and FM 517, known locally as Dickinson Road, for a planned mixed-use development.
The project will initially include approximately 280,000 square feet of retail, with planning currently underway and a targeted groundbreaking in early 2027. Boucher Design Group has been engaged as the project architect.
Fidelis plans to bring a mix of national and regional retailers to the project, with a focus on apparel, everyday services, dining, and convenience-oriented uses.
