Fields West, an under-development mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas, announced the closing of a $425 million construction loan on July 1.

Construction financing is being provided by Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Prosperity Bank.

Additionally, the Fields West partnership shared that as part of the development agreement, the City of Frisco successfully executed the sale of $70 million municipal bonds on June 27 as part of their participation in Fields West. The Fields team is incredibly proud to partner with the great city of Frisco, Texas—one of the fastest-growing and most livable cities in the U.S.

Fields West is a 55-acre urban village in the heart of the greater Fields development, a 2,500-acre master-planned community. Fields West is led by developer Fehmi Karahan, President & CEO of The Karahan Companies, who is known for creating Legacy West, one of North Texas’ most successful mixed-use developments, Karahan is now bringing that same world-class standard to Frisco.

Fields West will offer 350,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment and 325,000 square feet of Class A office space seamlessly integrated into the vibrant walkable mixed-use center.

Construction of this one-of-a- kind shopping and dining destination has already begun, and the opening will be sequenced starting in Q3 2027 into 2028.

Currently 70% pre-leased, Fields West will feature a variety of national brands, boutique retailers, and first-to-market locations with some of the most sought-after names in fashion, beauty, and home décor. Among them, Bloomie’s, Bloomingdale’s innovative, ever-evolving store concept, will open its first Texas location at Fields West. Other highly anticipated retailers include Alo Yoga, Arhaus, Kendra Scott, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Williams Sonoma, and more.

Elevating the dining experience, Fields West will be home to an outstanding collection of restaurants, from local favorites to national icons. Guests can enjoy standout concepts like Green Point, Claremont, Mexican Sugar, Sixty Vines, and Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, while Mastro’s Steakhouse – one of the most revered names in fine dining – will open its first DFW location, bringing its signature blend of sophistication and indulgence to the region.
