For the 28th year in a row, NAIOP Chicago recognized outstanding developments, transactions, and special categories in Chicago’s real estate industry.

More than 1,000 professionals gathered at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers Nov. 19 to network with colleagues and celebrate a year of extraordinary deals.

“This is really the culmination of the year in real estate and NAIOP Chicago is proud to host the industry for this memorable event,” Dan McCarthy, executive vice president of JLL and president, NAIOP Chicago.

Winners were announced in fourteen categories and audience votes were collected live during the awards program.

A portion of all proceeds from the event will support the recently launched NAIOP Chicago University Scholarship Program, providing tuition assistance and professional benefits to students enrolled in commercial real estate programs at select institutions.
