Doug Sears recently joined Cincinnati-based Neyer Properties as its chief financial officer.
Sears brings more than seven years of experience in real estate finances to his new position.
Before joining Neyer Properties, Sears worked as the director of corporate debt for Phillips Edison & Company. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
