Fine & Company successfully auctioned the Connecticut Pointe Apartments in Joplin, Missouri, an unfinished 150-unit apartment complex.
The seller, Arvest Bank, has accepted one of the multiple bids generated through the auciton process. Arvest signed the purchase and sales contract for an undisclosed price.
The auction took place Nov. 12 after a 60-day national marketing program.
