First Bank Chicago, a Division of First Bank of Highland Park, will incorporate it’s existing commercial real estate group, which serves the entire Chicagoland marketplace. David Smith, executive vice president/commercial real estate, will lead the commercial real estate team, while also supporting the bank’s expansion strategy.
With over 100 years of combined financial industry expertise, Smith and his team will continue to grow the commercial real estate portfolio. Backed by 60+ years of continuous growth, the team of bankers are experienced with multiple product types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, residential and construction lending.
