First Capital Advisors LLC announced that a joint venture development with McVickers Development LLC has been reached for a site in New Lenox.
The development will consists of a 13,000-square-foot retail building at 511 Lincoln Highway. Construction began on the site in June and is expected to be completed by November.
Committed tenants include Verizon Wireless, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Bedding Experts Inc., Pizza Hut of America Inc. and Great Clips.
“We are very excited to begin what we hope is a long-term relationship with McVickers Development,” said Chris Pope, principal at FCA.
