Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group Inc. (FHG) announced a long-term management agreement with Chicago-based Aspen Venture Group for the Hampton Inn Chicago-Elgin hotel. FHG President and COO Robert Habeeb made the announcement.

Through this agreement, FHG will oversee all management duties of the property and implement their hands-on management approach to improve operating results and the overall performance of the hotel. In addition, the 108-room hotel, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in July, will receive a complete renovation in 2015 that FHG will oversee.

“The Hampton Inn Chicago-Elgin hotel provides us with a great opportunity to apply our unique and strategic management approach to improve the operational performance of this property,” said Habeeb. “We have a solid and dedicated team in place on the property who are energized to work hard and provide guests with a one-of-a-kind experience.”

The Hampton Inn Chicago-Elgin is just 22 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport with easy access to Interstate 90 and the Metra station. The property features a swimming pool, business center, complimentary WiFI, and free hot breakfast every day.
