A six-building, triple-net-leased portfolio of distribution outlets across three Chicagoland counties has sold for a total of $14,122,000. Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale.
Timothy McJilton and Brett Rodgers, associates in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office, represented the seller and procured the buyer, AIC Ventures. Patrick Dollaghan, director of acquisitions for AIC Ventures, represented AIC in the transaction.
McJilton said two of the assets have great potential for redevelopment.
