Chicago’s First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. recently executed a long-term lease agreement for 60,849 square feet with Help/Systems LLC in Eden Prairie, Minn.
Help/Systems, a software company, required additional space to accommodate recent growth and is relocating its corporate headquarters to First Industrial’s City West business complex in the Southwest submarket of Minneapolis.
Chris Willson led First Industrial’s team on this transaction. Jim Jetland of Cushman & Wakefield represented Help/Systems, and Tom Bennett and Jack Tornquist of CBRE represented First Industrial.
First Industrial owns and manages about 4.4 million square feet of industrial properties in the Twin Cities market.
