Coinciding with first move-ins at Three Sixty West, the boutique condominium development at 360 W. Erie Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, developer Belgravia Group has also unveiled decorated models at the 11-story luxury building and announced a selection of early-delivery homes as well as the completion of the building’s amenity spaces.
Half of the building’s 38 residences have already closed, with new residents closing and moving in regularly. The generous, three-bedroom floor plans at Three Sixty West, designed by Chicago-based GREC Architects, range from 1,735 to 2,396 square feet.

This home also includes three bedrooms and three baths with finishes pre-selected by Belgravia’s experienced in-house design team.

Spacious kitchens open to the living areas while master suites include baths with walk-in showers, free-standing soaking tubs and private water closets.
