CBRE has announced the completion of a 1.06-million-square-foot industrial warehouse on 60 acres in Columbus, Ohio.
The construction of the facility was phase I of the multi-building, master-planned, 3.67 million-square-foot Rickenbacker Industrial Center on 230 acres, which is being developed by Trident Capital Group and The O’Connor Group.
The warehouse is located at the intersection of Rohr Road and Lockbourne Road and features 40’ clear height, 104 docks, four drive-in doors, a 347-space parking lot and 9,827 square feet of total office space (two different office suites). The property is located in an opportunity zone in the Rickenbacker submarket proximate to I-270 and US-23, providing strategic access to Rickenbacker International Airport and Norfolk Southern Intermodal Yard.
