The first Starbucks in Ellisville, Missouri, is open and is the newest amenity for the 227-unit MILA Apartments slated to open this spring.
The iconic Seattle-based coffeehouse fronts Manchester Road and was added by the MILA Apartments’ development team which includes Midas Hospitality and Balke Brown with its affiliates Double Eagle Development and Diamond Income Fund. The four-story MILA Apartments will open in June of this year
The MILA Apartments are located on a seven-acre site at 15970 Manchester Rd. Work is currently focused on finalizing interior spaces. The 227 apartment units feature eight unique floor plans for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 552 square feet to 1,363 square feet. Living space is highlighted by LVT floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and fully equipped kitchens.
An abundance of amenities includes a large courtyard with outdoor lounge areas, fireplaces, grills, swimming pool, turf lawns, bocci ball, mini golf and pergolas. Other attractive amenities include:

Designed by Rosemann & Associates and constructed by MBG, the apartment building’s front façade presents to Manchester Road with modern aesthetic clean lines and clearly defined volumes with stone, EIFS, and cement fiber panels. In addition to luxury living space, it features a ground level 141,000-square-foot parking garage with 346 parking spaces and lobby.
Leasing for the MILA Apartments will begin in April and is being managed by 2B Residential
