First Western Properties recently closed on the sale of 8259 S. Ashland Avenue in Chicago. The property is located in the city’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.
First Western Properties’ Tony Liu represented the buyer, as well as the seller, a regional restaurant chain. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
