Captain Jay’s Fish and Chicken closed on the 2,654-square-foot former Pizza Hut building at the northwest corner of West 7 Mile Road and M-10/Lodge Freeway in mid-February in Detroit.
Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment, along with DJM Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction.
