Chicago Fitting Corporation is moving to the Gateway Business Park in Beloit, Wis.
The company, a specialty fitting manufacturer, is building a 30,000-square-foot expandable facility at the southeast corner of the Gateway Boulevard and Colley Road intersection.
Construction crews are scheduled to break ground in the second quarter of 2015, with the facility reaching full operations by the second half of 2016.
To help secure the project, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) has authorized Chicago Fittings to receive up to $175,000 in state tax credits over the next four years. The actual amount of credits received will depend upon the number of jobs created.
