Five brokers at Cassidy Turley have been named among the Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate in Central Indiana by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

The five brokers are John Crisp, principal/senior vice president; Jeff Henry, regional managing principal; Abbe Hohmann, principal/senior vice president; Patrick Lindley, senior managing director/principal; and Jon Owens, principal/senior vice president.

Crisp specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory services. He has been honored as the top producer of Cassidy Turley’s office division multiple times. Cassidy Turley has awarded him the George C. Charbonneau Leadership Award four times, plus awards for outstanding civic involvement and distinguished service to the community.

Henry directs the focus, profitability, growth and staff management of Cassidy Turley’s Indianapolis, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Kansas City, Mo., offices.  He currently serves on the Cassidy Turley board.  He has served as president and board member of the Indianapolis Commercial Board of Realtors and Building Owners and Managers Association Indianapolis.  He has been named Member of the Year by the Indianapolis Board of Realtors and as BOMA-Indy Member of the Year two times.

Hohmann specializes in site acquisition.  She is board chair of the Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority and co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Indiana.  In 2009, she was named to IBJ’s Women of Influence.  In 2006, Purdue University honored her with its Distinguished Alumni Award.

Lindley has specialized in industrial real estate services and has handled more than 1,000 transactions valued at $2 billion-plus in his 27 years with the company.  He sits on the Cassidy Turley executive committee.  The company has named him Broker of the Year four times and Industrial Broker of the Year six times. Last year, he was honored by the Indiana chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for his role in the sale of the former Getrag Transmission plant in Tipton to Colorado-based Abound Solar.

Owens has been involved in more than 1,000 lease and sale transactions in his 23 years in the Indianapolis office market, representing owners and tenants.  He is active in the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors, serving on many national committees and as president of the Indiana-Kentucky chapter in 2006.  He is a lifetime honoree of Cassidy Turley’s George C. Charbonneau Leadership and Performance Award, and a multi-year President’s Club honoree for exceeding production goals.
