Colliers International Group Inc. named Alex Perez and Chris Garavaglia as senior vice presidents focusing on investment sales in its St. Louis office.
Perez and Garavaglia specialize in capital market advisory services, representing private capital and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. They have experience in both single assets and multi-market portfolios, equity placement, market research, portfolio planning, property marketing and valuations.
Perez, Garavaglia and their team, including associates Jake Klamen and senior financial analyst Ben Branco, are part of a leading investment sales brokerage team. Over the course of their careers, the team has participated in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Perez and Garavaglia each spent several years in the St. Louis office of Marcus & Millichap, where they often led the firm’s top multi-tenant retail investment sales team in the country.
Led by Executive Vice President and Managing Director Kevin Gallagher, Colliers St. Louis now has 22 brokers specializing in office, industrial, retail, land, multifamily and mixed-use properties for owners, occupiers and investors.
