Flaherty & Collins Properties will break ground on phase two of the $67 million mixed-use complex The Mill at Ironworks Plaza in Mishawaka, Indiana.
The development features luxury residential apartments and commercial space. A ground-breaking ceremony will take place Sept. 27.
Phase one of the development, which was completed in 2019, is at capacity with a waitlist of tenants inquiring to live at the high-demand property. Phase two includes two four-story multifamily apartment communities with commercial space, a riverfront restaurant and additional parking to accommodate an increase in residents and visitors.
