A Flaherty & Collins Properties $30 million luxury apartment development proposal to be built in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, was unanimously approved by the Lawrenceburg City Council on Tuesday.

The project, which calls for 150 luxury apartments, would be built near the west end of High Street in downtown Lawrenceburg.

“We are excited to work with the City of Lawrenceburg to bring this project to downtown Lawrenceburg,” said Deron Kintner, lead project developer for Flaherty & Collins Properties. “It’s a great location and will have fantastic river views. We’re looking forward to partnering with the City on this impactful development.”

The development will attract young professionals and empty nesters from the region and will predominately feature one and two bedroom apartments. The project moves forward with a goal of completion by mid-2021.
