The ground-breaking of Historic Whitlock Place, an adaptive reuse development that will bring 56 apartment units to Crawfordsville, Indiana, was held June 8 at 306 Binford St. in the city’s downtown.
The new multifamily development once served as the historic Culver Union Hospital.
Historic Whitlock Place will consist of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Community areas will include an atrium, community room with TV, computer room with free Internet access and an exercise room.
Flaherty & Collins Properties developed the new multifamily development.
