Flaherty & Collins Properties will break ground on a $101 million mixed-use complex of luxury residential apartments and commercial retail space March 14 in Michigan City, Indiana.
The Franklin at 11th Street Station is part of a growth initiative that provides development opportunities for residential and commercial areas in the heart of Michigan City.
The luxury tower will encompass 1.5 acres of land located at the corner of 11th and N. Franklin, providing 220 market-rate apartment residences and 5,600 square feet of commercial space in addition to parking and easy access to transit for residents and visitors.
