The Woodmont Company announced the upcoming arrival of Flying Biscuit Café to Magnolia, Texas, with the signing of a new lease at The Egyptian at 5667 FM 1488.
The popular restaurant concept has leased 3,925 square feet at The Egyptian, with a projected opening in November 2026. The new location will bring Flying Biscuit’s signature Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings to the growing Magnolia community.
The Woodmont Company’s Britton Lankford and Grant Gary represented the landlord in the lease transaction, working alongside the tenant and ownership to secure the addition of Flying Biscuit to the center’s growing tenant lineup. David Littwitz represented the tenant in the transaction.
Flying Biscuit Café is a popular Southern-inspired breakfast and brunch concept founded in Atlanta in 1993, known for its signature scratch-made biscuits, comfort food favorites, and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.
Following the lease execution, The Egyptian is now approximately 90% leased, with a 1,450-square-foot space currently available for a future retail or restaurant user.
The addition of Flying Biscuit further demonstrates the continued growth and demand along the FM 1488 corridor, bringing another recognizable dining destination to one of Magnolia’s expanding retail areas.
