Avison Young has completed a 150,192-square-foot expansion and lease extension for Focus Foodservice at 451 Trumpet Drive in Zion, Illinois.

Focus Foodservice occupies the entire building, a state-of-the-art distribution facility with 30-foot clearance, 150 dedicated parking spaces and two grade-level dock doors located within Trumpet Corporate Park.

Developed by Panattoni Development Company in 2008, the 8.1-acre complex is located near the corner of Green Bay Road and Russell Road, adjacent to the Union Pacific rail line.

Avison Young Principals Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner, as well as Eric Fischer, a senior vice president in the Chicago office, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Landlords Prudential Insurance Company and Panattoni Development Company were represented by Chris Volkert and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International.
