Lee & Associates has completed a long-term 91-month lease for a 298,123-square-foot industrial space located at 284 Lies Road in Carol Stream.
Principals Ken Franzese, John Cassidy and Walter Murphy of the Lee & Associates Illinois office represented the landlord, STRS Ohio. Managing Directors Trevor Ragsdale and Michael Burns of the Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Services team represented the tenant, Kerry Ingredients, in the transaction. Kerry Ingredients will open a new warehouse and distribution center at the site.
