Foresite Realty Partners announced that Patrick Toomey has joined the firm as vice president, multifamily operations, where he will be based in Rosemont, Illinois.
Toomey has 25 years of corporate real estate experience, with an emphasis on sub-performing commercial and multifamily REO (Real Estate Owned) acquisitions and asset management.
He was previously a consultant for the U.S. government, government of Jamaica, Costa Rica and Guatemala, as well as various U.S. banks and mortgage loan servicers.
Toomey is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
