Foresite Realty Partners has completed the sale of 3300 Oakton St., an 80,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial property in Skokie.

A prime candidate for redevelopment to an alternative use, 3300 Oakton was comprised of a mix of industrial and office components.

Located on 3.5 acres at the corner of Oakton & McCormick streets, the property features high traffic counts and is within an area that is home to several new retail demand drivers.

Foresite Realty Partners, which served as the seller’s exclusive broker, evaluated and formed recommendations regarding the various strategic plans of the potential buyers. The sale price is undisclosed.

The seller was a national diversified financial services and insurance company. The buyer was a private investment firm that has plans for an adaptive redevelopment of the property to a retail use.

Greg Nieder and Ryan Nelson of Foresite Realty Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
