Foresite Realty Partners sold 215 West Ohio Street, a boutique six-story timber loft office building located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
The building is nearby to a large concentration of technology companies, art galleries, high-end retail and residential towers and trendy restaurants.
Foresite was the seller’s exclusive broker. The sale price was not disclosed. Ryan Nelson of Foresite represented the seller and Tyler Hague of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
