The building formerly home to Magaw Electric, Inc. for over 30 years has sold to Prototype Stampings, a metal stamping company from Muskego.
16055 Ryerson Drive, a 14,000 square-foot industrial building located in the New Berlin Industrial Park, had recent improvements and building upgrades done, which allowed the building to attract multiple offers before the sale to Prototype Stampings was accepted.
“The building had great potential and interested buyers before, but once the owner installed updated lighting and reduced the office space, interest really heated up,” said Jack Price of The Boerke Company, who represented the seller.
The building’s new owner, Prototype Stampings, is currently leasing space in Muskego, and plans on using their new building to keep up with recent company growth.
“The industrial market in Southeastern Wisconsin is continuing on a steady recovery pace, and buildings comparable to this one on Ryerson are becoming harder and harder to find for small-medium sized businesses”, Price added. Steven Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial represented the buyers for the purchase. Jack Price of The Boerke Company represented the seller in the transaction.
