Brad Cottam has joined CBRE’s Kansas City office as a capital markets professional. Cottam will join the Private Capital Group within the office, focusing on the sale of retail investment sales.
Cottam will team with veteran Doug McFadden, a 20-year CBRE professional and senior member of the Private Capital Group.
Cottam is a former tight end for the NFL’s Kansas City City Chiefs, playing on the team from 2008 through 2011. After his professional football career, Cottam opened and managed a sports performance facility in Leawood, Kansas. He also held an internship with CBRE during the summer of 2013.
