NAI Ruhl Commercial Company represented the sale of former Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, located off East 53rd Street and I-74 in Davenport, Iowa.

The property will become a home to Natural Grocers, a specialty retailer providing organic and natural groceries, body care and dietary supplements at affordable prices.

The former 5,941-square-foot property will undergo construction beginning this fall and is expected to be completed in late summer of 2017.  The buyer also purchased the ravine between the road and building, which will become part of the development.

The Ruby Tuesday building was originally put on the market in the summer of 2012, when the company closed a number of locations regionally.  In late 2014, WCT Properties, Inc. purchased the property only to immediately put it back on the market.  The property was on the market for 18 months before closing.
