Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Rival Holdings has appointed Zach Lesser as Chief of Staff, bringing his dedicated leadership experience to the organization.
In this role, Lesser will focus on platform improvements, integration strategies, real estate, and business solutions that create new and expanded opportunities for Rival and its affiliate companies.
Lesser brings a strong background in executive leadership and business development. In addition to his role at Rival, he will continue to serve as President of V2 Ventures, where he has led expansion efforts across real estate development.
Rival, which launched operations in 2023, has assembled a strong team of experienced leaders dedicated to investing in business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors across various industries to transform the built world.
