Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Rival Holdings appointed Shon Steger as its director of innovation and process improvement.
In this role, Steger will drive innovation and improvement across the company’s portfolio of businesses.
Steger previously served in various roles at Ambassador Enterprises. Most recently, he held the position of director of investment services, where he focused on merger and acquisition deal flow, financial evaluation of opportunities and affliate support.
Before his time at Ambassador Enterprises, Steger spent 17 years in the medical device industry.
