Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility (OGI) and Maternal Fetal Consultants worked with Forte Real Estate Partners advisors Steve Brown and Katie Trevena on two leases to expand the group’s growing women’s health platform in Maple Grove and Edina, Minnesota.
Both clinics are part of Infinite Health Collaborative, a group of local medical practices independently owned and led by physicians.
In Maple Grove, OGI wanted to maintain its space near the Maple Grove Hospital after 15 years in the local market. OGI expanded its current clinic at Grove Health, 9550 Upland Lane North in Maple Grove, by 30% to 9,250 square feet. The 42,498-square-foot medical office building was originally developed by Ryan Companies and is 100% leased.
In Edina, Maternal Fetal Consultants opened a 3,000-square-foot clinic in the Southdale Medical Office Bulding. The clinic, which opened May 1, is led by Dr. Katherine Jacobs. Southdeale Medical Cener, a three-building medical office complex totaling about 420,000 square feet, is connected by tunnel to Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.
