Forte Real Estate Partners has been appointed property manager of Sterling Ponds I, a 108,000-square-foot, 28-foot clear, class-A new construction industrial building in the Sterling Ponds Corporate Park in River Falls, Wisconsin.
This state-of-the-art facility was completed by RJ Ryan in July 2024. Bruce Carland of CBRE has leased 54,000 square feet and is marketing the remaining 54,000 square feet available.
Jan Jetland Murphy, vice president, Property Management, will manage the property. Forte Real Estate Partners manages approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and industrial properties across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.
