Forte Real Estate Partners‘ principal Steve Brown and vice president Katie Trevena recently represented three healthcare clients in five new leases totaling nearly 40,000 square feet in the Minneapolis market.
Skin Rejuvenation Clinic moved from its 7,567-square-foot space in the Southdale Medical center to a new 10,000-square-foot location on the ground floor of France Place at 3601 Minnesota Drive, Suite 100, in Edina, Minnesota.
The renovation and relocation, managed by Forte’s Wally Tufvancer, were completed at the end of July.
Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility and Maternal Fetal Consultants worked with Forte Real Estate Parnters’ Brown and Trevena on two recent leases to expand the group’s women’s health platform in Maple Grove and Edina. Both clinics are part of Infinite Health Collaborative.
In Maple Grove, Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility expanded its current clinic at Grove Health at 9550 Upland Lane N in Maple Grove by 30%, growing its space to 9,250 square feet. In Edina, Maternal Fetal Consultants opened a 3,000-square-foot clinic in the Southdale Medical Center. That center is a three-building medical office complex totaling about 420,000 square feet.
Retina Consultants of Minnesota expanded to two clinic locations in Blaine and St. Cloud, Minnesota. In St. Cloud, Retina Consultants is relocating from 4,000 square feet in the Midsota Building to an expanded clinic of 8,780 square feet in the Granite Corporate Center, scheduled to open in October of 2024.
In Blaine, Retina Consultants is relocating its existing 4,000-square-foot clinic to the Blaine Medical Center, expanding its space to 8,000 square feet. The new clinic will open in November of 2023.
