Katie Trevena, senior vice president, advisory with Forte Real Estate Partners worked with Bradshaw & Bryant to identify and secure a new 10-year lease on the fifth floor of the Golden Hills Office Center in Golden Valley, Minnesota, in less than three months.
The firm took occupancy of the space on March 1, 2024.
The law firm, which specializes in personal injury and criminal defense, wanted to leverage existing build-out with private offices to fit their timing and budget. They had occupied space in Colonnade for nearly 20 years until relocation to a lower floor with less desirable views was proposed by the landlord.
By selecting the 191,000-square-foot office building, the firm was able to relocate to modern space that accommodates its six lawyers and eight paralegals within the TI allowance from the property owner and operator, Altus Properties, a real estate investment firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, with offices in Minneapolis and Denver.
Wally Tufvander, Forte’s vice president of project management, worked with Bradshaw to manage the move, and meet the overall deadline.
