Forte Real Estate Partners represented SOMIC Packaging in acquiring InverPoint5, a 48,000-square-foot warehouse in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, from United Properties.

SOMIC began renovating the property at 8270 Courthouse Blvd. after purchasing it from Minneapolis’ United Properties in February for $6.48 million.
