ALO Property Group will take on the leasing duties at First Internet Bank‘s new headquarters building in the Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, Indiana. ALO will also handle property management for the headquarters building, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The building is now under construction in the Nickel Plate District in downtown Fishers.

Gary Perel, principal at ALO Property Group, said that the chance to fill the remaining space at the building is a job he and the company are eager to tackle.

“The opportunity to help shape the future of downtown Fishers and be involved with a great company like First Internet Bank is a real honor.”

The ground floor of the new building at 8701 E. 116th St. includes three retail spaces that range from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet. It also includes a restaurant endcap up to 8,500 square feet with a large outdoor seating area.

Several office spaces, with flexible configurations ranging from 500 to 10,000 square feet, are also available in the building.

The First Internet Bank headquarters and its 750-space garage is one of the latest projects for the Nickel Plate District in Fishers. The district is a busy one in the area, home to a mix of restaurants, retailers and entertainment.

“ALO Property Group has a deep commitment to providing superior service to its customers,” said Jeff McConnell, vice president of facilities for First Internet Bank in a statement. “Together, we look forward to continue the development of this vibrant city center.”
