Foster Financial Company, Inc. closed on its acquisition of The Century office complex at 25800 and 25900 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan, further expanding its footprint in one of Metro Detroit’s most established office submarkets.
The deal closed April 22.
The property consists of approximately 365,000 square feet across two buildings and includes a large, covered parking structure and a full amenity package.
