Randy Scheidt, founder of Columbus, Indiana-based Scheidt Commercial Realty, received the first Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS Distinguised Service Award for his service to the industry and the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS.
Scheidt has been activce with the board for many years, and has served as an instructor and has been selected by ICBR to develop and present education programs and serve as moderator and participate on panel discussions for the annual ICBRE conferece.
Scheidt has served as president of the board and also represented it as a regional vice president to the Indiana Association of REALTORS.
This industry veteran has also held several other positions on committees and councils for other real estate organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS, Indiana Association of REALTORS, Columbus Board of REALTORS, MIBOR REALTOR Association and the CCIM Institute.
