Founders 3 Real Estate recently helped close a land sale in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
Elm Grove Heights LLC purchased a two-acre vacant land parcel at 13040 W. Bluemound Road in Elm Grove. The purchase price was $900,000.
Elm Grove Heights will develop the land into seniors housing.
