8500 Bradley Road Industrial purchased the 47,250-square-foot industrial facility at 8500 W. Bradley Road in Milwaukee for $1.5 million. Joe Carollo and Paul McBride represented the seller, Bradley Road Property Group LLC.
BW Management LLC purchased the Shenandoah Center, a 46,727-square-foot flex industrial facility at N93 W14575 Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for $2.85 million. Ned Purtell and Paul McBride represented the seller, Whittaker Way LLC.
Murphy & Prachthauser renewed its 5,860-square-foot lease at 330 Kilbourn in downtown Milwaukee. Jeanine Sweeney represented the tenant in this deal.
