Gardner Denver, Inc., renewed its 15,995-square-foot lease at 222 E. Erie in the Third Ward area of Milwaukee. Steve Pape and Derek Yentz represented the landlord, East Erie Associates, in this deal. 8500 Bradley Road Industrial purchased the 47,250-square-foot industrial facility at 8500 W. Bradley Road in Milwaukee for $1.5 million. Joe Carollo and Paul McBride represented the seller, Bradley Road Property Group LLC. BW Management LLC purchased the Shenandoah Center, a 46,727-square-foot flex industrial facility at N93 W14575 Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for $2.85 million. Ned Purtell and Paul McBride represented the seller, Whittaker Way LLC. Murphy & Prachthauser renewed its 5,860-square-foot lease at 330 Kilbourn in downtown Milwaukee. Jeanine Sweeney represented the tenant in this deal.
