The Boldt Group renewed its 3,406-square-foot lease at Riverfront Plaza at 1110 N. Old World Third St. in Milwaukee. Jeanine Sweeney and Jenna Maguire represented the landlord, Andover Portland Avenue Associates.
RoCoco, Inc. leased 2,686 square feet, also at Riverfront Plaza in Milwaukee. Sweeney and Maguire again represented Andover Portland Avenue Associates in this deal.
AE Solutions leased 1,500 square feet at 223 N. Water St. in the Historic Third Ward in Milwaukee. Patti Stevens, Hakan Hare and Scott Revolinski with Founders 3 represented the landlord, Demco Wisconsin 5 LLC, in this transaction.
