Founders 3 Real Estate Services (F3) announced today that Wauwatosa residents and those surrounding the Historic Miller Valley will soon have a modern, state-of-the-art, 100% temperature-controlled self-storage facility in which to safely store their personal belongings.
Located at 5151 W State Street, the new development, Wauwatosa Self Storage, will offer 63,500 net rentable square feet, divided over 444 units, in over two dozen configurations, ranging in size from 5’x10’ to 10’x30’, including 23 units in the main drive-through aisle, specifically laid out to accommodate automobile storage. The facility will be attended by an onsite manager and will incorporate high resolution cameras throughout. Every effort will be made to prioritize security, convenience and aesthetic appeal.
F3 Industrial Specialists, Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski, identified Steve Rolfe of Midland Commercial Development Corp, William Wirth of Luft Consulting, Inc., and Jordan Nelson of Nelson Development to convert the original Morley-Murphy warehouse building, (and more recently MGIC’s data storage facility) into a much-needed community resource for the surrounding neighborhoods.
The new facility is expected to open in late summer, 2025.
