Duke Realty-developed medical facilities have been honored as finalists in four out of nine categories of Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine’s annual national awards program.
Indianapolis-based Duke developed finalist buildings in Indianapolis, Florida, New Jersey and Tennessee.
“We are very pleased that HREI magazine recognized our healthcare developments as finalists,” said Keith Konkoli, Duke Realty senior vice president for healthcare, in a written statement. “These new facilities are meeting important needs in their respective communities.”
Midwest finalist buildings developed by Duke include Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Center in Germantown, Tenn., and the Fifth Third Bank Building (Eskenazi Health) in Indianapolis.
