Four Minneapolis associates with Cassidy Turley — Mark Stevens, Jon Engel, Taylor Irwin and Arianna Pittman — have received promotions.
Stevens has been promoted to vice president. He is the leader of the office project leasing team and serves as account manager for the Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, Minn. Stevens has been involved in negotiating more than 400 lease and sale transactions totaling 2.4 million square feet of office space during his 12 years as a broker.
Engel has been promoted to senior transaction manager. He leads the reporting responsibilities for several client accounts, and performs human resources and administration services for the corporate services team.
Irwin joins the property management team at the Eagan office in her new role as assistant property manager. Irwin previously served as a property administrator assisting with the portfolio management of 23 properties totaling 2 million square feet.
In Pittman’s new role as assistant property manager, she is relocating to Cassidy Turley’s offices in the IDS Center where she will assist in managing a portfolio of properties totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Previously, she helped a team manage a portfolio of 21 properties totaling 1 million square feet.
