The Shops at Westshore will be getting four new stores later this year. Burlington Coat Factory, FedEx, Disc Traders and T-Mobile are the latest retailers to sign leases at the redeveloped shopping center at 12331 James St in Holland, Michigan.
Combined, the four new tenants will occupy more than 65,500 square feet within the shopping center, where construction is expected to be completed summer 2016.
Burlington Coat Factory will be an anchor tenant for the center and will lease 50,000 square feet. It will be at the site of a former Sears store on the north end of the building. FedEx, currently located across the street at 12610 Felch, will move into a 4,080-square-foot suite and Disc Traders, a buyer and seller of used video games, will lease a 5,245-square-foot suite. The stores plan to open later this year and will join T-Mobile in-line at the shopping center, with On the Border and Anna’s House recently opened for business in brand-new out-parcels.
The new tenants are part of a leasing process that currently has letters of intent on 70 percent of the shopping center.
