FOURMIDABLE will continue its partnership with the New Haven Housing Commission after being awarded the management contract for Pinewoods Apartments in New Haven, Michigan.
FOURMIDABLE has been managing the Michigan community since September of 1996. The current contract renewal is effective on July 1 and runs for two years (with a one-year renewal option).
Located in the Village of New Haven, Pinewoods is an 88-unit public housing community offering two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Amenities include a clubhouse with community room as well as playground and picnic areas.
